Lead revenue forecasting, reporting, and analytics supporting earnings communications, management reporting, strategic planning, and executive decision-making. Lead data architecture for projects and data products by translating business requirements into scalable solution designs. Create architecture diagrams, data models, pipeline designs, decision trees, reusable frameworks, and standards. Evaluate scope, timelines, costs, trade-offs, and business value; lead proofs of concept; guide engineering and infrastructure teams; participate throughout the SDLC; mentor technical resources; and promote adoption of enterprise data architecture and Lakehouse solutions.

Leads technical accounting research, analyses, and documentation for complex insurance and reinsurance transactions under U.S. GAAP, statutory, and international standards. Supports financial reporting, regulatory filings, audits, accounting policies, internal controls, and emerging guidance assessments. Acts as an accounting subject matter expert on system implementations, including requirements, testing, data validation, and reporting readiness, while driving process improvements across the controllership function.

Lead and mentor multiple Databricks-focused data engineering teams, define engineering best practices and reusable frameworks, drive CI/CD and performance/cost optimization, build and support analytical and streaming pipelines, and collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality data products.

Serve as senior actuary for Life modeling, lead conversion to AXIS, design/build valuation and projection models, partner with cross-functional teams, drive automation and AI-enabled improvements, mentor junior staff, and maintain model governance and documentation.
