Lead systems engineering for the Thunderbolt avionics platform: define requirements, architecture, integration, certification, test, verification & validation, customer support, and mentor engineers while leveraging simulation and software development to deliver safety-critical aerospace solutions.

Lead and deliver data governance projects: define and implement policies, standards, and document control; coordinate cross-functional teams, promote data stewardship, monitor compliance, provide training, and ensure data quality, security, and regulatory adherence. Hybrid role based in Phoenix with minimal travel.

Drive productivity, cost reduction, HSE compliance, quality, and customer collaboration while participating in Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, and Honeywell Operating System initiatives.

Lead the lifecycle management business workstream for an SAP S/4 transformation, defining future-state product, asset, and service processes. Align engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and IT; drive fit-to-standard design, data governance, deployment, and adoption; manage risks, dependencies, and value realization across the end-to-end product and asset lifecycle.

Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and supplier/3PL relationships. Develop cost- and efficiency-focused strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, manage direct reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet on-time fulfillment and customer satisfaction goals.

Design, develop, and maintain engineering data management tools for hardware tracking, test asset management, configuration and mass property management. Support and modernize legacy systems, plan and execute data/system migrations, build custom reporting and resource planning tools, and administer export compliance infrastructure across global engineering teams.

Support program launch and execution by developing program plans, tracking budget/financials and milestones, preparing metrics and reports, analyzing cost/schedule and EVM, and supporting program teams and process improvements.

Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, inspect and process goods, prepare and package outbound shipments, maintain accurate shipping/receiving records and inventory updates, coordinate with departments, follow safety and company policies, and support operational production needs.
