Join a high-impact engineering team driving innovation in advanced propulsion systems. The HTF Growth & Test project team within Engines & Power Systems is seeking an Engineering Support Specialist II - Data Management & Analytics to design, enhance, and modernize data systems and tools critical to running engine development programs.
In this role, you’ll work closely with world-class engineers, procurement specialists and program managers to build and evolve tools for hardware tracking, test asset management, configuration control and program reporting. You’ll also play a key role in supporting digital transformation initiatives and administering the export compliance infrastructure for the global engineering organization.
You will report directly to the Director Engineering, and you will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.
Note: the new hires will work onsite for the first 90 days.

- Experience with FileMaker Pro or similar database platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Relational databases, Data management workflows, Process automation
- Experience with:
- Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI and/or Microsoft Project
- Data reporting and analytics tools
- System migrations or legacy modernization
- Familiarity with Agile tools or environments (such as IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management).
