Own and improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of Crunchyroll's data infrastructure. Lead database strategy, optimize SQL and schemas, perform deep engine-level forensics, design AWS-native database architectures (RDS/Aurora/DynamoDB), implement monitoring/alerting and IaC automation, mentor engineers, and collaborate with SREs and application teams to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure operational excellence.

Senior technical leader who defines long-term technical strategy, creates reusable architectural patterns, coaches senior engineers, and drives organizational learning to increase engineering capability, reliability, and developer productivity across teams.

Design and produce high-quality product mockups, photorealistic renderings, product photography, and marketing assets for digital, e-commerce, retail, and experiential channels. Collaborate cross-functionally to support merchandise and product development, manage projects end-to-end, and create presentation materials and in-store/ event graphics that communicate product concepts and drive fan engagement.

Lead People strategy and partnership work for Crunchyroll: advise senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management; diagnose complex org challenges; build executive recommendations, presentations, and data-driven workforce insights; partner with People and business leaders to drive People transformation and succession planning.

Serve as strategic communications partner to People Experience, leading internal communications strategies, executive messaging, campaigns, and multi-channel content to drive employee engagement, change management, and measurement across a global workforce.
