The role requires extensive strategy and consulting experience, subscription expertise, and leadership of high-performing teams.

Build and deploy applied AI systems across Crunchyroll by embedding with business teams, identifying high-value workflow opportunities, and translating ambiguous problems into reliable technical solutions. Develop agents, RAG systems, automations, integrations, evaluations, observability, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows. Measure business impact, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, and create reusable components and patterns for scalable AI adoption.

Build and deploy applied AI solutions across Crunchyroll by embedding with business teams, identifying high-value workflow opportunities, and delivering reliable agents, automations, RAG systems, and integrations. Responsibilities include architecture, prototyping, production engineering, evaluations, observability, security, human-in-the-loop controls, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and reusable platform components. The role requires balancing rapid experimentation with scalable, maintainable production systems and measuring business impact after launch.

Manages Enterprise Technology budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, renewals, headcount, contractor tracking, and leadership reporting.
