Coordinates transaction execution, commercial agreements, and post-close integration workstreams. Prepares data visualizations, strategic recommendations, and polished presentations for senior executives, board meetings, and business updates while collaborating across global business units.

Design, build, secure, and scale edge infrastructure, cloud networks, traffic management, and streaming platform services. Manage Cloudflare, AWS, CDN, DNS, load balancing, infrastructure as code, GitOps, and CI/CD systems. Troubleshoot global delivery, connectivity, latency, and routing issues while improving reliability and operational practices. Lead infrastructure projects, guide engineers, share knowledge, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with international teams.

Supports Crunchyroll’s enterprise cybersecurity program by investigating security alerts, assisting with incident response, vulnerability management, access reviews, security awareness, documentation, and GRC and privacy initiatives. The role evaluates security tools, tracks operational metrics, improves security processes, partners with technical and business teams, and helps implement security standards and proactive controls across the organization.

Design and operate Kubernetes and GCP infrastructure, implement Infrastructure as Code, improve SLOs and operational excellence, remediate vulnerabilities, strengthen cloud and container security, and mentor engineers across cross-functional teams.

Lead reliability, scalability, observability, automation, infrastructure, disaster recovery, and security initiatives for Crunchyroll’s cloud-native data platforms. Design and operate Kubernetes and GCP systems, establish SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, manage incidents and vulnerabilities, strengthen cloud security, and mentor engineers across teams.
