Initiate sales, take orders, manage assigned products (vendor selection, purchasing, pricing, inventory), promote products, coordinate deliveries and customer service, support outside sales and marketing programs, and lead sales support staff while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The General Line Product Manager purchases, prices, and markets general line products, develops sales strategies, monitors inventory, and maintains customer relationships to maximize profitability.

Provide sales and marketing support for millwork products: track sales, profit, product mix and promotions; maintain product data, pricing and BOMs; assist inside sales with quotes; liaison with vendors, reps and customers; train customers and staff; visit customers ~20-25% of time and support merchandising and business development.

Provide full-cycle HR support including employee and labor relations, recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, leave and workers' compensation administration. Investigate EEO complaints, manage drug/alcohol testing, support safety/OSHA issues, prepare affirmative action plans, and deliver HR training and compliance documentation.
