Maintain and administer the systems engineering requirements database (SEDB): metadata and schema management, user/security administration, queries/views, workflows, backups, installs/upgrades, license compliance, performance tuning, and automation. Support systems engineering documentation (CONOPS, requirements specs, RVTM, ICDs), provide SysML/UML modeling SME support, coordinate upgrades across IT groups, and assist system engineers with scripting, cloud instantiation, and integrations. Work may support DoD programs and require security clearance and US citizenship.

Support Integrated Product Support (IPS) by developing logistics data deliverables (IPS plans, provisioning docs, RSPL, LORA, CMMs, SDRLs). Perform lifecycle analyses, FMECA/RM&A/DMSMS work, interface with engineers/vendors, present technical findings, support proposals, and ensure compliance with military logistics standards.

Lead design and implementation of analytical software for underwater vehicle data. Define architecture, lead small teams, manage requirements/CDRLs, perform testing (remote and onsite), interface with customers, produce documentation, conduct trade studies, and mentor junior engineers. Support system requirements, hazard analysis, and deliverables for DoD programs.

Perform general accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, assets, inventory, cost control), ensure ledger accuracy and compliance with US GAAP, prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, analyze financial information, maintain internal controls, support internal/external audits, and provide reporting support for assigned area.

Perform classical and FEA structural analyses (linear/nonlinear statics, modal, transient, random, frequency response) to ensure hardware integrity. Calculate failure modes (fatigue, fracture, buckling), evaluate joints, support design reviews, prepare reports and certification documentation, and coordinate with project teams and customers. Support fracture control and fatigue-life assessments for aerospace and oilfield hardware.

Develop, integrate, test, and maintain mission design and simulation software for NASA and commercial spaceflight programs. Implement software enhancements, maintain Class C software per standards, write documentation, support CI/CD and lifecycle activities, enforce coding standards, and collaborate with NASA teams to improve software design and processes.

Lead and technically manage mechanical design projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, develop advanced analyses and designs, write and execute test procedures, interact with customers, estimate resources and schedules, support proposals, and support manufacturing/integration/test activities. Provide technical leadership, review deliverables, and travel domestically and internationally including shipboard operations.

Develops CADD solid models, layouts, assemblies, and detailed drawings for mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic equipment using SolidWorks/AutoCAD. Ensures manufacturability and GD&T compliance, mentors and coordinates junior designers/drafters, interfaces with engineers/manufacturing, contributes to proposals and cost/schedule estimates, and supports technical reviews and continuous improvement.

Support lifecycle provisioning by developing and maintaining provisioning data and logistics records, analyzing engineering source data to define spares/support items, entering parts data into LMI databases, participating in provisioning events, and establishing stocking requirements to support initial delivery and ongoing sustainment.
