Provide technical analysis and resolutions for Condition Reports from ship/submarine maintenance, prepare technical reports, LARs and DFSs for NAVSEA, develop sketches/drawings, advise production on drawing clarifications, interface with purchasing and vendors, support SUBSAFE protocols, and attend project meetings.

Design, write, integrate, and test software per defined architectures for one-of-a-kind underwater/DoD systems. Lead small subgroups, manage requirements and CDRLs, support factory/offsite/offshore testing, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Create, update, and analyze project schedules and resource allocations using Primavera P6. Collaborate with project teams across sales, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing and delivery. Monitor progress, perform earned value management (PV/EV/AC), conduct resource leveling, identify risks, and present schedule and resource reports. Use Excel for analysis and reporting and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.

Develop and grow existing and new customer accounts for Grayloc/Oceaneering by executing sales strategies, delivering technical presentations, responding to tenders, tracking opportunities, building client relationships, providing market feedback for product development, and representing the company at trade shows. Up to 50% domestic and international travel required.

Perform independent moderate-to-difficult engineering tasks for submarine and surface ship repairs, coordinating others, applying technical judgment, and developing engineering solutions for high-consequence maritime maintenance and alterations.

Lead front-end development using React.js, mentor junior engineers, architect scalable UI solutions, drive best practices, coordinate with cross-functional teams, support testing and deliverables, and ensure documentation and customer acceptance for DoD-related projects.
