Drive market share for Royal Building Products across Des Moines/Omaha/Sioux Falls by generating demand and executing field sales. Supervise all accounting activities for manufacturing sites including P&L, balance sheet, forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting, SOX compliance, audits, SEC reporting support, staff training, and remediation of internal control deficiencies. Partner with business leaders and participate in continuous improvement and special projects.

Support electrical, instrumentation, and controls projects in a plastics manufacturing plant: design and specify systems, prepare procurement documents, review drawings, coordinate vendors, support commissioning/startup, troubleshoot equipment, and drive reliability and safety improvements.
