SUMMARY
Lead the enterprise reliability strategy across Roofing and Stone manufacturing operations. Responsible for asset reliability, maintenance excellence, lifecycle management, reliability standards, predictive maintenance, and leadership of the Mechanical Reliability Engineer and Electrical & Controls Reliability Engineer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
May include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop and execute the corporate reliability strategy.
- Standardize reliability practices across all manufacturing sites.
- Lead asset criticality, RCFA, PFMEA, and predictive maintenance programs.
- Support capital projects with maintainability and lifecycle reviews.
- Develop reliability KPIs including OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance cost.
- Coach plant maintenance leaders and reliability engineers.
- Multi-Site Responsibility – Travel Required

Education/Knowledge/ Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, or reliability.
- 5+ years leading multi-site reliability programs.
- Experience with heavy industrial manufacturing preferred.

- RCM, RCFA, PFMEA
- CMMS (SAP/Maximo/Fiix)
