Leads technical pre-sales support for enterprise software and analytics opportunities. Responsibilities include supporting account executives, conducting customer discovery, delivering product demonstrations, responding to RFPs and RFIs, identifying client needs, and communicating user feedback to product teams to guide feature development.

Leads import and export trade compliance projects, regulatory change implementation, audit support, compliance system administration, duty savings initiatives, process improvements, training, record retention, and risk reporting. Partners with departments, customers, vendors, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection to maintain compliance, improve productivity, support investigations, and manage trade-related data, dashboards, and procedures.

Leads Rockwell Automation’s North American Foreign Trade Zone program, overseeing regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, audits, systems reviews, regulatory filings, corrective actions, and third-party service providers. The role serves as the primary liaison with CBP, FTZ Boards, auditors, and external partners while supporting zone implementations, expansions, product moves, and distribution changes. It also develops governance processes, monitors performance and risks, provides training, and communicates program results to executives.

Oversee Rockwell Automation’s North American Foreign Trade Zone operations, third-party operators, regulatory compliance, audits, reconciliations, annual reporting, and inventory recordkeeping. Lead zone implementations, process improvements, corrective actions, cost-saving initiatives, training, and compliance with U.S. Customs, FTZ, import/export, security, and related regulations. Serve as the corporate FTZ subject matter expert and systems administrator while collaborating on distribution, business continuity, and product relocation projects.
