Lead end-to-end commercial support for complex B2B SaaS transactions: structure pricing and discounts, negotiate contract redlines, resolve escalations across Finance/Legal/RevOps, create playbooks and workflow improvements, evaluate quote-to-cash automation, and coach junior team members.

Own the cloud video product roadmap for onboarding, live viewing, playback, management, and search. Lead platform strategy and third-party integrations, partner with Engineering/Design/Go-to-Market/Customer Success, run customer discovery, and establish metrics to evaluate video performance and engagement.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for an integrated portfolio of hardware, firmware, and cloud software. Manage and mentor product managers, align roadmaps with engineering and platform architecture, prioritize features from market and customer insights, and represent the product externally to customers and partners.
