Lead Flock’s external communications and PR strategy, crisis communications, issues management, executive thought leadership, media relations, and brand narrative. Build measurable communications metrics, secure major media placements and speaking opportunities, advise and media-train executives, manage agency partners, and lead a high-performing communications team focused on public safety technology, policy, and community audiences.

Build and scale full-stack platform services for user onboarding, identity management, privacy controls, and secure public-safety workflows. Develop React applications, Node.js APIs, database models, and complex SQL queries. Containerize applications with Docker, deploy Kubernetes microservices using Helm, and leverage AWS services including S3, API Gateway, and SQS. Solve authentication, authorization, performance, and data-security challenges while shaping foundational platform architecture.

Lead legal research and legislative tracking on public safety technology regulation; draft and review communications for customers, officials, and stakeholders; analyze emerging privacy and public safety laws; develop policy positions and collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, External Affairs, and Communications to ensure compliance and mitigate business risk.

Provide multi-channel customer support (phone, email, live chat); troubleshoot software and hardware issues; manage a personal support queue and escalations; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success; and author/update Help Center articles to reduce recurring tickets. Weekend shift availability required.

Develop and maintain Linux user-space and driver-level software to integrate radio hardware (Wi‑Fi/cellular) into drone connectivity stacks. Implement logging and analysis of link metrics, collaborate with RF and embedded teams on rate-adaptation algorithms, run hardware-in-the-loop tests, and validate aerial connectivity performance.

Lead the end-to-end integration and platform strategy for public safety systems, owning API ecosystems, data modeling and governance, automated ingestion pipelines, and investigative search/mapping experiences. Coordinate cross-functional teams to build scalable, auditable integrations across CAD, RMS, LPR, video, mapping, and third-party systems.

Lead and build Flock's multi-platform social media strategy and daily channel operations across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube. Define brand voice, run content calendars and real-time engagement, partner cross-functionally on campaigns and launches, establish analytics dashboards and KPIs, manage crisis communication, and scale a social media team to amplify product storytelling and audience growth.

Lead frontend architecture and execution for high-traffic Search features using React and TypeScript. Build map-based visualizations, optimize client-side performance and state management, collaborate with product/design/backend, conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and ship production-grade web features.

Lead product strategy and execution for internal field operations software powering deployments, installer tooling, and permitting. Manage a team of Product Managers, partner with Operations leaders, and collaborate with Engineering and AI/Data Science to embed automation and optimize workflows. Own roadmaps, technical tradeoffs, and product engagement frameworks for implementation, delivery, and supportability.

Lead FP&A for capital expenditure and hardware supply chain: build and automate capex and inventory forecasting models, drive demand-planning analysis, identify capex savings, and partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, and sales to inform strategic hardware investment decisions.
