The role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commission, benefits, and career advancement opportunities. Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.

Leads marketing strategy and performance across four automotive dealerships. Oversees marketing spend, ROI, digital advertising, website performance, lead generation, CRM and customer data strategy, OEM co-op programs, reputation and social media, vendors, marketing technology, and emerging AI tools. Partners with dealership General Managers to evaluate store-level strategies, optimize customer funnels and retention, and recommend changes based on performance and profitability.
