- Strong understanding of dealership digital marketing, CRM/database marketing, websites, lead generation and reputation management.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets and evaluating ROI.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors and technology providers.
- Familiarity with automotive CRM, DMS, digital retailing and lead-management environments.
- Experience working with OEM marketing and co-op programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, although significant relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
