Develops and closes high-value sponsorships, investment partnerships, and strategic alliances. The role engages corporate partners, family offices, angel networks, and mission-aligned investors; creates capital engagement packages; manages investor relationships, reporting, and impact storytelling; collaborates across ventures; and maintains a pipeline of capital opportunities, prospects, and pitch materials.

Build participant recruitment pipelines, cultivate institutional and community partnerships, engage prospective Fellows, source facilitators and strategic contributors, and expand the Institute’s visibility and long-term growth ecosystem. The role emphasizes relationship-building, outreach, enrollment support, referral and ambassador development, and measurable performance-based growth across universities, nonprofits, associations, workforce partners, and leadership networks.

Lead strategic capital development and high-value partnerships across investors, funders, corporate sponsors, family offices, and philanthropic stakeholders. Responsibilities include securing capital, structuring investment and contribution pathways, expanding alternative financing sources, managing investor relationships, coordinating nonprofit and for-profit funding strategies, representing the organization externally, and mentoring internal capital support staff. The role is commission-based, hybrid, and focused on six- to seven-figure capital relationships and long-term ecosystem growth.

Selected Fellows support executive leadership by leading strategic initiatives, building organizational systems, strengthening operations, developing partnerships, and contributing to functions such as finance, legal, technology, marketing, HR, and business development. The hybrid, primarily remote fellowship runs approximately four to six months at 30–40 hours weekly and includes executive mentorship, AI-integrated learning, portfolio development, and milestone-based performance bonuses of up to $10,000.
