## ABOUT THE INSTITUTE
The JPGE Leadership Institute for Strategic Growth exists to equip emerging and established leaders with the strategic thinking, leadership capacity, and growth frameworks needed to create meaningful impact across business, nonprofit, government, healthcare, education, and community sectors.
Our flagship Strategic Leadership & Business Growth Fellowship brings together high-potential professionals to develop real-world leadership experience while contributing to mission-driven initiatives that strengthen organizations and communities.
As The Institute continues to expand nationally and globally, we are building a Growth & Enrollment Ecosystem designed to increase visibility, cultivate strategic relationships, strengthen community partnerships, and create long-term pathways for leadership development.
## ROLE OVERVIEW
The Fellowship Enrollment & Community Growth Strategist helps design and grow The Institute’s long-term enrollment and partnership ecosystem.
This role focuses on building sustainable pathways that connect mission-aligned individuals, organizations, facilitators, universities, nonprofits, professional associations, and community leaders to The Institute—supporting participant recruitment, facilitator engagement, institutional partnerships, and long-term expansion.
If you enjoy connecting people, creating opportunities, building partnerships, and helping meaningful organizations grow, this role offers the opportunity to shape an emerging leadership institute from the ground up.

Leadership programs grow through trusted relationships and strong communities—not design alone.
In this role, you will expand access to leadership development opportunities while strengthening the network of educators, practitioners, organizations, and institutions that make The Institute possible.
