Owns an enterprise-wide provider ramp and productivity program for newly hired physicians and APPs. Designs standardized playbooks, milestones, and cross-functional workflows; facilitates accountability across credentialing, scheduling, marketing, HR, finance, IT, and operations; tracks provider productivity metrics; presents performance scorecards and recommendations to leadership; and drives continuous process improvement, SOP development, and training.

Leads Duly’s enterprise procurement and strategic sourcing function, including multi-year strategy, savings delivery, GPO and direct contracting, supplier management, compliance, contract lifecycle oversight, value analysis, and procurement technology adoption. Advises C-suite and board stakeholders, partners with clinical leaders on patient-safety priorities, and builds a high-performing procurement organization. The role requires extensive healthcare or regulated-enterprise procurement leadership and accountability for financial, operational, and governance outcomes.
