Coordinates senior leadership office activities and supports collaboration across Sunrise Centers. Collects information, communicates with stakeholders, gathers customer feedback, and assesses the impact of Sunrise Centers’ work. Executes special projects with significant operational or organizational impact and provides administrative support to staff.

Coordinates state and federal accountability activities, reporting, meetings, communications, follow-ups, stakeholder inquiries, records, and leadership support. Develops outcomes reports, executive summaries, visualizations, and presentations from analyzed data. Designs accessible, standards-aligned alternate mathematics curricula for self-contained special education classrooms. Develops modified content, scaffolded lessons, individualized supports, IEP-aligned materials, and differentiated learning pathways. Provides job-embedded professional learning for teachers, evaluates curriculum accessibility and effectiveness, collaborates with special education and instructional teams, and uses student performance data to refine curriculum and intervention supports.

Coordinates professional development programs across Business Operations, including onboarding, technical, compliance, customer service, and leadership training. Assesses learning needs, develops training materials and resources, facilitates in-person and virtual programs, manages delivery logistics, and evaluates effectiveness through assessments, feedback, participation data, and performance metrics. Collaborates with leaders, subject matter experts, and Human Resources to address skill gaps, support workforce development, maintain compliance records, and improve operational consistency.

Coordinates the RTI/Interventions leader’s office by supporting collaboration, collecting information, communicating with stakeholders, gathering customer feedback, executing impactful special projects, and assisting administrative staff.

Supports K-8 literacy initiative implementation and continuous improvement. Monitors school execution, analyzes student literacy data, provides feedback, facilitates professional development, builds teacher capacity, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align resources and interventions.

Provides system configuration, data validation, and technical support for school-facing student information system operations across Houston ISD. Supports schedules, grades, calendars, attendance, policy alignment, daily campus use, and annual system rollover activities while collaborating with school and central teams.

Develops Tier I and intervention curriculum materials aligned with Texas standards for English Language Arts, Reading, and Mathematics. Creates teacher-facing lessons, slide decks, demonstrations of learning, scaffolded student activities, differentiated supports, and professional development for teachers and campus leaders. Designs inclusive instructional scaffolds supporting SPED students and learners with lower achievement while collaborating with teams and exercising independent judgment on complex curriculum projects.

Directs district athletic programs, including scheduling, transportation, contests, clinics, awards, facilities, equipment, and sports officials. Develops athletic goals, policies, and handbook updates; interprets athletic regulations; coordinates with interscholastic and athletic organizations; resolves game cancellations, disputes, and operational issues; and ensures a safe environment for students across multiple schools.
