Support real estate investment activities through underwriting, financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, market research, valuation, investor reporting, and presentation development. Coordinate transaction due diligence, legal and accounting workflows, data rooms, deal trackers, and closing activities. Analyze commercial real estate markets, comparable transactions, capital flows, and macroeconomic indicators while providing analytical support to investors, lenders, and transaction teams.
