Own the resident accounts receivable cycle for assigned US real estate properties. Responsibilities include Yardi move-in and lease setup, daily cash application, tenant ledger maintenance, delinquency and collections support, move-out deposit accounting, GPR and accrual review, month-end AR-to-GL reconciliations, reporting, audit support, and training junior staff.

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger adjustments, invoices, financial statements, utility payments, and month-end close activities for real estate properties and corporate entities. Investigate accounting discrepancies, respond to client and property management queries, support financial reporting, and perform ad hoc analysis.
