Lead and develop a team of Sales Application and Application Engineers to support pre-sales technical engagement, prepare proposals and demos, liaise with customers and cross-functional teams, and improve project margin and delivery through technical oversight and process support.

Support product planning and implementation for assigned HVAC products: define specifications, manage electronic catalog and BOMs, analyze test data for DOE/ASHRAE/AHRI compliance, support engineering applications, warranty/after-market issues, vendor coordination, and documentation. Will run short projects under guidance and occasionally travel for testing.

Develop, program, commission, and troubleshoot PLC/DDC controls for HVAC equipment. Provide remote and field diagnostics, support commissioning, create control system documentation, assist sales with control system design, and support R&D and testing. Travel ~20% within continental US.

Create, edit, and maintain user manuals, installation instructions, product guides, labels, and technical sheets for HVAC systems. Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing to gather information, organize content, and ensure documentation accuracy. Manage timelines, proofread and revise materials, support digital communications, and perform cross-departmental documentation tasks.

Design and develop HVAC equipment models and assemblies using CAD. Produce conceptual and preliminary drawings, update existing designs, troubleshoot production issues, create BOMs, process orders, collaborate with engineers and management, and travel as needed.

Lead BU-level financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for a manufacturing business unit. Co-own BU P&L with the EVP, provide commercial and investment decision support, synthesize plant-level analytics into executive recommendations, drive reporting and tooling improvements, and build a high-performing finance team to enable disciplined growth, profitability, and capital allocation.

Support design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes and layouts. Assist production teams with troubleshooting, process documentation, training, and cost evaluations. Participate in project teams to optimize workflow, quality, and efficiency while ensuring safety compliance.

Create and update mechanical drawings for manufacturing using CAD; read technical manuals; ensure drawings meet production requirements; store drawings in internal systems; support production through accurate, up-to-date documentation.
