Design, test, and support electrical systems for HVAC products including schematics, wiring diagrams, control systems, validation, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional integration to meet safety and regulatory standards.

Design, develop, and maintain LabVIEW applications and automated test systems. Integrate software with PLCs, SQL databases, and industrial equipment. Troubleshoot instrumentation, data acquisition, and communication issues. Support installations, commissioning, documentation, and process improvement with cross-functional teams while following development and safety standards.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network and server infrastructure. Lead infrastructure projects, monitor network performance, enforce security (firewalls, access controls, patching), support Windows Server and VMware, administer DNS/DHCP/Active Directory, provide Tier III escalated support, document systems, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate on long-term infrastructure strategy.

Provide administrative support to the Director of Manufacturing and team: handle phones, scheduling, communications, filing, basic bookkeeping, and office systems. Maintain electronic and physical records, coordinate meetings, and frequent visits to the manufacturing facility. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, and MS Office proficiency.

Lead risk-based operational, financial, compliance, and SOX audits across manufacturing and corporate functions. Evaluate ICFR and controls, perform walkthroughs and testing, develop SOX documentation, use data analytics to identify risks, recommend remediation, coordinate with external auditors, support enterprise risk assessments, and mentor junior audit staff.

Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network and server infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN, firewalls, switches, VPNs). Support Windows Server and VMware environments, administer DNS/DHCP/Active Directory, perform Tier III troubleshooting, lead infrastructure projects, maintain documentation, enforce network security, participate in on-call rotations, and work in office and manufacturing environments with PPE requirements.

Provide technical application support for HVAC controls to reps, engineers, and contractors; analyze specifications, perform controls testing and advanced troubleshooting, produce quotes, deliver training, and collaborate on product improvements. Travel is expected.

Execute, review, and approve R&D testing of HVAC products in psychrometric chambers. Coordinate with project engineers and lab technicians, ensure test readiness and calibration, analyze test data against DOE/ASHRAE/ASME/ISO standards, manage BOMs, and run short projects to support the R&D testing laboratory.

Develops and modifies PLC/DDC control software and electrical control hardware for commercial HVAC products. Writes product specifications and sequences, tests software, designs control wiring and protection, provides technical support and field start-up, leads engineering projects, and coordinates ECNs with production and applications teams.

Provide commercial finance support for pricing, revenue, and margin performance. Build financial models, analyze bookings/backlog/shipments, prepare reporting and forecasts, perform variance analysis, support pricing and sales decisions, and deliver ad-hoc business cases to align commercial strategy with financial outcomes.
