Process end-to-end payroll, maintain payroll records, ensure compliance with payroll taxes and wage laws, respond to payroll inquiries, enter financial data, assist with invoices, vendor setup, reconciliations, accounts payable backup, and other accounting or administrative tasks while protecting confidential information.

Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities include metrics reporting, new employee system setup, tracking commissions and accounts, assisting with account/price changes, mail distribution, and updating SOPs.
