Manage project financials from pre-construction through closeout: budgeting, cost monitoring, forecasting, cash flow, billings, receivables, WIP reporting, variance analysis, compliance, and financial reporting while collaborating with project teams to mitigate risk and improve processes.

Support weekly payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets, entering payroll data, calculating wages, deductions, and taxes; resolve discrepancies, maintain confidential records, assist with payroll reporting, audits, and HR-related onboarding tasks.

Support financial and operational performance of large construction projects by developing WBS/CBS, implementing EVMS and Primavera P6 schedules, performing earned value analyses, tracking change orders and costs, supporting billing and cash flow, onboarding subcontractors, training field teams on project controls systems, and delivering weekly and monthly performance reports and analytical support.

Design, estimate, and execute industrial power system projects from proposal through commissioning. Responsibilities include power distribution design, equipment specification, protection and coordination, arc-flash analysis, control/automation design, project management, installation supervision, commissioning, and customer-facing consulting and startup support.

Lead and produce fire protection design documents, perform hydraulic calculations for sprinkler and standpipe systems, direct others, maintain NFPA compliance, produce stock listings, coordinate 3D BIM design, and retain installation knowledge of materials, tools, and procedures.
