Manage, configure, and support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations financial modules; gather requirements, lead implementations, manage consultants, train end users, and document procedures for GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and Banking.

Implement warehousing architectures (EDW, DM, ODS, MOLAP/ROLAP), ensure SQL-based data quality, use version control, and deliver tested production pipelines while communicating with stakeholders.

Perform senior-level network and systems administration across Windows, Linux, and Mac platforms. Plan, implement, secure and monitor on-premise and cloud infrastructure; administer backups and disaster recovery; troubleshoot servers, networks, and applications; manage projects, vendor relationships, policies, and IT budgets; provide user support and documentation while maintaining compliance (PCI DSS) and security best practices.

Lead preparation of combined financial statements and monthly/quarterly/year-end close under US GAAP. Oversee AP/AR, reconciliations, treasury, budgeting, cash flow, and internal controls. Coordinate external audits, implement financial systems, drive process improvements, and provide ad hoc financial analysis to leadership.

Provide desktop and server support, configure user devices and access, administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, maintain inventory and preventive maintenance, train staff, write SOPs, collaborate on cybersecurity with MSPs, and support cross-department technology projects and process improvements.

Lead enterprise sales of cloud-based software through client outreach, presentations, webinars, and consultative selling. Develop sales strategies, target CFOs at mid-to-large companies nationally, and close large-value software contracts while collaborating with Sales and Marketing.
