Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Workday system administration or analysis, with a focus on implementation and post-implementation support.
- Strong technical skills and understanding of Workday configurations, integrations, and reporting.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving defects in a Workday environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in an enterprise environment is preferred.
- Workday certification is not required but is a plus.
