Lead and manage the dealership sales floor, coach and develop sales staff, drive sales strategies and promotions, monitor CRM and performance metrics, analyze market and inventory, collaborate with Finance/Service/BDC, recruit and train talent to exceed targets.

Provide HR administrative support including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, HRIS data entry, attendance and PTO tracking, training and engagement support, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Assist showroom customers, demonstrate and arrange test rides, provide product knowledge, handle financing and paperwork, build customer relationships, meet monthly sales goals, and support dealership promotions and follow-up.

Assist customers in selecting motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs; present vehicles, accessories, and financing; conduct test rides and demonstrations; prepare sales, trade-in, and financing paperwork; follow up with prospects; maintain product and OEM program knowledge; meet individual and team sales goals; keep showroom and lot organized.
