Oversee Finance, Food Services, IT, Maintenance, Purchasing, Student Records, and Wellness. Ensure compliance with DOL/company policy, manage budgets and capital expenditures, supervise staff, administer procurement and subcontracts, audit programmatic and financial integrity, and support student services and community relationships.

Provide administrative and technical support to the center: research and reporting, clerical duties, communication with internal and external stakeholders, maintain systems and contract deliverables, prepare newsletters and minutes, organize work area, mentor students, and support cross-department activities.

Lead all Center administrative functions including finance, budgeting, procurement, facilities, IT, food service, student records, and wellness. Ensure financial and programmatic integrity, compliance, and effective resource stewardship. Supervise and develop Finance & Administration staff, manage policies and subcontracts, coordinate maintenance and capital expenditures, represent the Center in the community, and serve as Acting Center Director when needed.

Maintain student schedules and attendance rosters; coordinate academic testing (scheduling, administration, scoring, interpretation); ensure compliance with DOL and company testing procedures; protect confidentiality of student records; collaborate with instructors; support academic reporting and Education Department administration to promote student success.

Manage the Career Technical Training department including Work-Based Learning and CTR/Grad-90. Ensure industry-recognized training, credential attainment, case management, employer partnerships, student placement, staff supervision, and compliance with DOL/Company performance goals and data confidentiality.

Lead Outreach & Admissions and Career Transition Services teams to recruit students, build employer and community partnerships, ensure compliance with Job Corps and Department of Labor requirements, and guide students into employment, education, apprenticeships, or military service. Oversee performance metrics, staff hiring and development, data accuracy, and reporting.

Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations: source candidates, post vacancies, screen applicants, run background checks, process new-hire paperwork, maintain personnel files, assist benefits enrollment, produce recruitment reports, and reconcile HR-related billing.
