Provide global first‑responder support for a mission‑critical Windows tool: triage and reproduce issues, monitor logs, restart services/servers/databases, file bugs in TFS/Rally, and document processes and user manuals.

Lead, hands-on Hyperion developer to design, develop, maintain, and support Hyperion Financial Management, Planning, and Essbase applications. Translate business requirements into application solutions, collaborate with users and vendors, maintain documentation and change control, support production processing, and drive process improvements.

Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of Oracle Quality within Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) R12 environments. Manage Procure-to-Receipt across multiple operating units, integrate Quality with Inventory, PO, Receiving, RCV, and peripheral modules (AP, third-party). Provide senior technical/functional leadership and independent delivery.

Provide Level-2 desktop support for desktops, laptops and peripherals: troubleshoot hardware/software, maintain system images, manage warranty/OEM repairs, support AD and VPN/LAN connectivity, install/configure software, perform maintenance and moves, escalate when needed, and document procedures while meeting SLAs and delivering strong customer service.

Develop and support .NET/C# applications, build SOAP and RESTful web services, work independently in a consulting environment, facilitate meetings, and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders.
