Administer and support large Oracle and SQL Server databases: performance tuning, backups, HA/replication/mirroring, security, ETL/data loading, change management, OS-level troubleshooting, disaster recovery design, coordinate on/offshore teams, and implement physical database changes.

Build and maintain iPhone and iPad apps using Xcode and Objective-C. Implement efficient memory management and asynchronous logic (GCD). Own product code, collaborate on UX, and integrate with backend services.

Design and model databases, build and administer production-ready databases on Linux, create queries and scripts (Python/Java/Ruby, Bash), and migrate a Microsoft Access proof-of-concept to a real database platform.

Provide 1st/2nd level support and administration of Avaya voice systems (CM, SES, AES, SIPERA SBC, Modular Messaging). Troubleshoot TDM/PRI/SIP trunks, program ARS/AAR/route patterns, add phones/voicemail, manage circuit packs and firmware, document telecom inventory, manage vendor relationships, and meet SLAs.

Develop SQL reports and dashboards from various databases (e.g., Oracle) using SQL Pathfinder; extract and analyze data to identify improvement areas; translate user reporting needs into sustainable, maintainable code; work within a manufacturing environment.
