Hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst who partners with business leaders to identify opportunities, define requirements, lead multiple projects, manage governance and stakeholder relationships, analyze and redesign processes, and oversee test planning and delivery for business and IT solutions.

Manage and migrate internal wiki content from MediaWiki to a new enterprise wiki. Export pages (using UWC or similar), upload and verify content, fix formatting and attachments, apply Active Directory access controls, and disable old wiki content after successful migration. Coordinate with IT throughout the migration process.

Support Sales/Influencer Sales group by managing RFPs/RFIs and Tech Surveys: read requests, identify resources, meet deadlines, rewrite and standardize responses, maintain knowledgebase. Secondary tasks include requesting access, troubleshooting, data entry, reporting, account research, and stakeholder coordination to drive resolution.

Implement, administer, monitor, tune and upgrade DB2 databases on z/OS and AIX. Design physical data models, backup/recovery solutions, capacity planning, performance tuning, and document best practices while assisting application teams and resolving technical issues.

Assist with development of the Snowflex project. Requires expert Free Pascal development in a Unix environment and deep understanding of database internals and complex data structures. Unix internals and C++ are beneficial; knowledge of distributed databases and distributed-systems algorithms (gossip, raft/paxos) is a plus.

Test mobile banking applications on iOS and Android devices: execute and document test cases in HPQC, capture screenshots, log defects, retest fixes, participate in defect reviews, and support test result walkthroughs under QA analyst supervision.

Design, develop, test, and document a web tool bridging procurement and a chemical management system. Implement approvals, cumulative total calculations, BI reporting, performance optimizations, and server-device communication protocols. Use C/C++, HTML5, SQL on Linux/Unix with standard development tools.

Provide reactive and proactive technical support to licensed customers: troubleshoot and qualify incidents, resolve or escalate to Tier II, document issues and solutions, work with networking protocols, SQL via CLI, Linux, SIEM, and ensure compliance familiarity.

Develop and implement tests to validate SSD firmware, contribute to test strategy, write and debug test code, support design reviews, troubleshoot test environments, and collaborate with TDEs, test execution teams, and firmware/software developers to create new test cases and scenarios.

Develop and execute test plans and test cases for UI and web applications; perform automated testing, troubleshoot failures, file defect reports, verify fixes, and ensure on-time delivery. Use automation frameworks and programming languages to perform root cause analysis and validate complex application interactions.
