Lead supplier inclusion and community engagement efforts to increase participation from diverse, Tribal, and local suppliers. Manage vendor outreach, onboarding, certification guidance, spend tracking, reporting, and cross-functional partnerships to support procurement strategies and compliance while delivering executive-ready updates and recommendations.

Provide administrative and general HR support including applicant screening, new-hire paperwork, term audits, exit/stay interviews, WOTC coordination, unemployment assistance, event coordination, and adherence to Indiana Gaming Regulations.

Translate business needs into technical and analytical specifications; gather requirements; build dashboards, forecasts, and financial/productivity analytics; manage QA, testing and release; document processes; train users; provide post-implementation support; and serve as liaison between business, IT, and operations.

Provide HR support across benefits administration, HR operations, recruiting, and employee relations. Serve as primary contact for benefits, coordinate enrollments and open enrollment, process employment transactions, assist onboarding and background checks, support recruiting activities and team member relations, ensure compliance with policies and Tribal Gaming regulations, and contribute to HR projects and employee engagement initiatives.

Develops and maintains workforce and labor reports, analyzes compensation, turnover and productivity metrics, creates labor standards and scorecards, coordinates payroll budgeting and FTE variance analysis, supports senior management with financial reviews and presentations, implements timekeeping and scheduling systems, ensures compliance with gaming regulations, and leads and develops team members.

Prepare and review federal, state, local, and foreign income tax returns; assist with quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions; perform tax research and respond to audits and notices. Collaborate with accounting, finance, legal, and external consultants, prepare estimates/extensions, fixed asset tax computations, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Coordinate and execute integrated land-based and digital marketing campaigns with Hard Rock Bet and property teams. Manage timelines, approvals, assets, compliance, reporting, and on-property activations. Serve as liaison, track performance, maintain documentation, and support cross-functional partners to ensure timely, compliant campaign execution and continuous process improvement.

Provide Level I/II IT operations and service desk support: monitor NOC alerts, answer calls and emails, log and escalate tickets in ServiceNow, create/maintain Active Directory and application accounts, communicate outages, and support Windows, Office, POS, PMS, ERP and AV systems.

Design and lead implementation of Workday Financials and integrations, embed AI/automation, define enterprise architecture and governance, drive data architectures and API-first integration patterns, mentor teams, and measure system performance to optimize financial operations and reporting.

Administer and optimize Workday Financials, manage releases and integrations, maintain security and data integrity, support testing and deployments, produce reports and documentation, train users, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and vendors to improve processes and ensure compliance.
