Serve as the facility’s first point of contact by managing the front desk, answering and directing calls, greeting and directing visitors, maintaining visitor logs, distributing mail and packages, performing clerical tasks (copying, filing, data entry), providing accurate information to residents and families, and supporting survey readiness. Must handle light lifting and assist with wheelchair movement as needed.
