Manage and grow distributor and end-user accounts across Latin America through solution selling. Oversee youth soccer team operations, coaches, budgets, registrations, scheduling, uniforms, equipment, tryouts, and player placement. Support coach development, safety compliance, and implementation of the Steel Sports coaching system. Assist with marketing, sales, fundraising, partnerships, family communications, website coordination, and club growth. Coach three teams and collaborate with directors and national leadership to maintain program quality, community engagement, and alignment with organizational values.

Lead strategic account development for aerospace & defense markets: build customer relationships, evaluate technical fit, manage pipeline, perform bid/no-bid and price-to-win analyses, develop proposals, support negotiations, and collaborate with senior leadership to convert opportunities into new business.

Lead development and execution of global sourcing and procurement strategy. Own supplier selection, performance, risk mitigation, contract negotiations, inventory strategy, and cross-functional alignment. Mentor procurement teams, standardize processes, and drive cost-reduction and capacity planning to support manufacturing and defense/aerospace customers.

Support HR initiatives across talent development, HR operations, compensation, benefits, recruiting coordination, HR analytics, and employee engagement. Conduct research, generate HR reports, develop resource materials, assist program implementation, and contribute to special projects under the supervision of HR leadership.

Two-year rotational program with four six-month rotations across testing & validation, electrical design, mechanical engineering, and application engineering. Perform hands-on electrical testing, support schematic/component selection, assist mechanical integration, handle customer technical inquiries, analyze data, and contribute to product/process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead and coordinate corrective and preventive actions, perform root cause analysis (8D/FMEA), manage non-conformance processes, support and improve QMS to maintain ISO 9001 and AS9100, analyze quality data, lead internal audits, and train production teams to reduce defects and improve manufacturing efficiency.
