Outside sales role responsible for developing and managing blood drive partnerships with businesses, schools, churches, and community leaders. Duties include prospecting, closing new accounts, presenting to stakeholders, coordinating blood drives, maintaining a sales pipeline, meeting collection goals, and supporting community outreach. The role requires local travel, irregular evening and weekend hours, reliable transportation, and occasional interaction with blood and blood components.

Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions and reports for blood banking applications. Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources, create queries and interfaces, validate software, troubleshoot systems, and support compliance, QA, and operational needs.

Lead and direct Human Resources and Risk Management functions, advising executive leadership on people and risk strategy. Oversee employee relations, total rewards, inclusion, occupational health & safety, compliance (EEO/ERISA/OSHA), and HRIS (Paycom). Manage supervisors, drive organizational development, and implement risk mitigation and safety programs.
