Provide front-desk and office support: greet clients, manage daily office operations and supplies, handle calls and correspondence, schedule meetings and travel, maintain filing systems, assist with invoicing and expense tracking, and act as a point of contact for team members and clients.

Collect, analyze, and interpret internal and external data to identify trends and strategic opportunities. Build dashboards and visualizations, monitor KPIs, partner with advisors and leadership to translate business questions into analytical solutions, and support strategic planning with forecasting, modeling, and scenario analysis.

Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, cash flow management, audits, tax compliance, and financial analysis. Collaborate with leadership on planning and growth, implement scalable finance processes, manage external accounting relationships, and build a small internal finance team to support the firm's expansion.

Prepare and file individual and business tax returns, advise clients and advisors on tax strategy, ensure compliance with laws and deadlines, respond to audits, coordinate external specialists, and improve tax operations and systems.

Provide IT support across offices: maintain and upgrade hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems; manage security (firewalls, antivirus); administer Office 365 and CRM; onboard employees; integrate and automate workflows using Zapier/Make; and streamline technology to enhance client service.

Perform daily bookkeeping including data entry, bank reconciliations, invoice tracking, and reporting. Prepare financial reports, support budget and expense management, track KPIs, assist with quarterly/annual reporting and tax prep, coordinate with finance leadership or external accountants, and identify process improvements.

Support and improve marketing strategies and twelve marketing funnels (workshops, TV, radio, podcast, YouTube, books). Attend meetings with Marketing Director and CEO, find growth opportunities, produce accurate reports and dashboards, align marketing with operations, and consistently demonstrate company values.
