Main Requirements:
Bring experience as a Director of Finance or similar role
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
High proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.)
Own all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with leadership on business planning and growth initiatives
Oversee cash flow management and optimize capital allocation
Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and compliance with tax laws
Lead financial audits and manage relationships with external accounting partners
Implement scalable processes for tracking expenses, revenue, and KPIs
Support hiring and departmental budgeting decisions with financial clarity
Build and manage a small internal finance team as the firm grows
Skills Required
- Experience as a Director of Finance or in a similar role
