Manage twelve marketing funnels, including workshops, television, radio, podcasts, YouTube, and published books. Identify new growth opportunities, maintain accurate marketing performance reports and dashboards, collaborate with internal teams, align activities with business objectives, and demonstrate company values while pursuing continuous self-improvement.

Assists the in-house CPA with tax return preparation, basic tax research, IRS compliance verification, client document organization, client communications, and miscellaneous accounting tasks. The role is intended for candidates with no prior experience who are interested in pursuing CPA licensure and working in a fast-growing financial planning firm.

Provides personalized financial planning and ongoing client service. The role delivers recommendations, supports implementation, maintains long-term client relationships, and helps clients pursue financial goals. Administrative and operational work is handled by support teams, allowing the planner to focus on client advising. Candidates must obtain Series 65 and Life & Health licenses, hold or pursue CFP® certification, complete extensive training, and potentially pursue the CKA® credential. The role does not require prospecting or cold outreach.
