Main Requirements:

• Get things done while maintaining our standards of excellence 

• Own delegated tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision 

• Support project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and team accountability 

• Maintain efficiency across all daily business functions 

• Track advisor performance metrics and business data to support firm growth and decision-making 

• Coordinate prospect and client scheduling 

• Serve as a behind-the-scenes anchor to ensure everyone on the team can operate at their best
