Main Responsibilities:
Ensure every client interaction is warm, welcoming, and exceeds expectations
Conduct quality checks on every client meeting, call, and experience with our team
Grow lasting, personal relationships with all clients
Ensure our clients feel like a million bucks
Prepare and deliver quality reports to the CEO and team with actionable steps for improvement
Manage CRM and update client profiles
Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes that impact the client journey
