Lead and supervise a team of software developers and manage projects (85% of role). Provide .NET application troubleshooting (15%). Provide onsite help-desk support for I-TEAMS and AzEIP web applications: troubleshoot and log issues in an issue-tracking system (95%), perform user acceptance testing (5%), and execute QA testing. Deliver excellent customer service and use Microsoft Office; follow background check and work-authorization requirements.

Design, code, test and debug web applications using the full SDLC. Implement SQL Server solutions and SSRS reports, analyze automation requests, create estimates and schedules, produce technical SDM documents, and liaise with users to support enhancements and resolve issues.

Maintain and develop batch and online systems, analyze and code subsystem changes, create complex batch programs for data loading/correction and reporting, use OLQ/SAS/Culprit/Excel for data accuracy, assist users, and document production procedures.

Onsite role updating and maintaining website content on a Drupal public site and an .ASPX intranet. Requires adding content, editing HTML/CSS layout tags, and operating a Windows 7 workstation. Local Phoenix candidates only; background check required before start.

Perform research, analysis and documentation of service costs (TCO/TCU), draft technical documentation for task orders, review contracts and processes, ensure deliverable quality, maintain records and an online knowledge base, capture meeting notes, and support procurement/RFP and data-extraction activities.
