IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Business Analyst to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Selected Candidate must obtain fingerprint clearance card through Client upon start date.
Job Description-Proven analytical skills, ability to research and problem solve, ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously.
-Must be able to switch gears quickly and work in multiple areas keeping in line with deadlines and customer expectations. (25%)
-Proficient with Excel, Word, and Access (25%)
-Preparing, analyzing and reconciling reports (25%)
-Researching and problem solving report discrepancies; performs other duties as assigned (25%)
Qualifications-Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
-College degree
-Proven analytical skills, ability to research and problem solve (5+ years)
-Math & problem solving skills; mathematical accuracy is a must (5+ years)
-This position will require a seasoned BA who has spent time in a fast paced work environment. The need for an expert in Excel and Word are a must
