Lead BI reporting and analytics: develop and QA reports, design EDW/ODS and multidimensional models, improve automation and processes, plan data/component architecture, and lead application development and integrations.

Create and maintain user documentation, online help, and graphics for enterprise Microsoft-based applications. Author and organize manuals, how-to guides, FAQs, and training materials; collaborate with stakeholders, developers, trainers, and designers to ensure consistency and maintainability of project artifacts.

Develop and maintain performance-measure programs and reports using SQL and Oracle. Create/update file layouts and flowcharts, perform code quality checks, attend related meetings, and format data for delivery.

Perform middleware and backend QA testing including complex SQL queries and RDBMS validation. Automate back-end tests for databases, data warehousing, job schedulers, web services and UI; implement batch automation in Java, use Control-M and Maven, and work within CI/CD pipelines. Apply UNIX terminal skills and software design patterns; experience with FDR/TSYS is desirable.

Lead developer builds and maintains complex web-based applications for court and probation using Microsoft technologies. Works with programmers, DBAs, and analysts to design, test, deploy, and support applications, use source control, follow SDLC and Agile practices, and resolve production issues.

Manage and coordinate production support activities onsite and offshore, handle defect resolution and on-call incidents, ensure quality and deadlines, communicate with teams. PLSQL and Property & Casualty insurance experience are pluses; Spanish language skills required.

Manage IT projects through all phases (initiation, planning, execution, control, closeout) using Agile Scrum and/or Waterfall. Lead cross-functional teams, manage releases and technology integrations, track risks/issues, ensure documentation, QA, knowledge transfer, and project governance.
