Perform policy gap analysis, translate statewide requirements into agency frameworks, write standards and procedures, define roles/responsibilities, create implementation and monitoring processes, and lead outreach and communications to ensure compliance and shareability across state agencies.

Install, configure, maintain, upgrade and manage SharePoint Server/Farm and service applications. Develop and support SharePoint websites and applications, create and maintain content databases, analyze business processes, provide technical consultation, train colleagues, and test and deploy solutions. Communicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders.
