Develop and customize medium-to-large e-commerce applications using Oracle ATG Dynamo framework. Implement and extend ATG components (servlet beans, repositories, form handlers, profile management), manage messaging and transactions, configure catalog, search, pricing, promotions, shopping cart and order pipelines, customize ATG BCC/merchandising UI, and work with personalization, outreach, and campaign optimizer features.

Lead developer builds and maintains complex web-based applications for court and probation using Microsoft technologies. Works with programmers, DBAs, and analysts to design, test, deploy, and support applications, use source control, follow SDLC and Agile practices, and resolve production issues.

Manage and coordinate production support activities onsite and offshore, handle defect resolution and on-call incidents, ensure quality and deadlines, communicate with teams. PLSQL and Property & Casualty insurance experience are pluses; Spanish language skills required.

Elicit business requirements, create functional/design specifications, collaborate with stakeholders and development teams, perform structured testing, and drive business optimization and application lifecycle/versioning.
