Post monthly journal entries for multiple facilities; handle treasury and cash management; perform operational accounting, financial analysis, and some fixed asset accounting.

Manage and enter donations and pledges in Raiser's Edge, reconcile balances with finance, act as liaison between marketing/finance/HR, produce reports for the Manager of Development, and assist with some marketing tasks as needed.

Verify and process invoices and payment requests, maintain payment files, run check generation, produce month-end AP reports, troubleshoot complex issues, train and lead staff, and ensure policies and controls are followed.

Develop and maintain SSAS solutions and data warehouse artifacts from the data lake to star schemas. Build and improve tabular and dimensional cubes, write MDX and DAX, collaborate on technical designs, mentor colleagues, document processes, and enforce coding standards and best practices.

Prepare and review monthly financial statements, support annual budgeting and mid-year reforecasts, coordinate audit data entry and third-party audits, and deliver timely financial reports to leadership to support decision-making.

Plan, execute, and manage testing across projects; design test cases, track defects, report status to management. Drive test efficiencies, support ATM operations including deployment/configuration and log analysis, and collaborate with development and business partners in an Agile environment.

Support the Manager of Financial Reporting by reviewing and interpreting financial reports, preparing cash flow projections, budgeting/forecasting, abstracting loan management fee agreements, producing cash management reports, and performing CAM reconciliations.

Compile and maintain accounts payable records; review invoices for proper documentation and approval; print, sign, and distribute checks; prepare garnishment checks; respond to vendor inquiries; maintain AP reports, spreadsheets, and files; assist with month-end closings, account analysis, and overnight shipments.

Handle inbound customer phone inquiries, provide unbiased information on applications and eligibility, assist with enrollment, access and interpret customer/provider data, and perform accurate data entry to record customer transactions.

Handle accounts receivable tasks including making deposits, maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfers, verifying account discrepancies, assisting month-end close, and completing other assigned tasks.
