Lead a multidisciplinary team supporting DHA PHCoE, serve as primary government interface, oversee technical/operational/contractual performance, manage staffing, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, quality control, risk mitigation, compliance with FAR/DoD/DHA, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Administer and proctor Army personnel and DFLP tests, maintain testing environment and records, use ACES/CAT systems to capture workload, follow ARIMS and local SOPs for document storage/destruction, meet deadlines, support events, and maintain required credentials and training.
