Lead and manage an assigned Operations & Maintenance service line, driving strategic planning, sales and revenue forecasting, cash flow and indirect cost control, client relationships, personnel assignments, and staff development. Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and performance standards while supporting proposal and contract activities to meet KPI objectives.

Edit, proofread, and prepare ANG executive correspondence and staff action products for clarity, format, and accuracy. Conduct research, fact-checking, and document preparation; coordinate edits with action officers and government leads; maintain repositories, archives, templates, and training materials; support workflow meetings and protect sensitive/classified information.

Prepare and process full‑cycle multi‑state payrolls (weekly, biweekly, special), monitor timekeeping, validate employee changes, handle deductions and reporting, support audits, partner with HR on compensation/benefits, research payroll inquiries, and ensure compliance with multi‑state tax and labor regulations.

Provide life-cycle logistics support for JPM CBRN sensors: analyze IPS, develop sustainment and fielding plans, manage documentation (JACKS, DPAS, GCSS-A, LMP), coordinate stakeholders, review contractor logistics deliverables, perform cataloging and property accountability, and support training and technical manual development.

Provide senior-level oversight of ANG staff action workflows: triage and route taskers, track suspenses, escalate issues, ensure quality and coordination, mentor analysts, update SOPs, and interface with senior military and civilian leaders on sensitive, high-visibility actions.

Manage ERP cost accounting data and job costing; prepare job setup and customer invoices; support payroll via Costpoint; assign job codes and close jobs ensuring contract compliance and accurate cost coding. In-office 60–100% expected.

Serve as DPAS subject-matter lead to implement and maintain property accountability, warehouse, maintenance, registry, and materiel management modules across USSOCOM. Provide program planning, reporting, data visualization, financial reporting, project management, presentations, and process improvement while liaising with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Support Air National Guard Executive Secretariat and SACO by managing taskers and staff actions: enter/route/track taskers, maintain trackers and SharePoint repositories, coordinate stakeholders, prepare response packages and reports, conduct research, support training and process improvements, and protect classified information.

Provide DPAS program management and technical support to implement and sustain DPAS Warehouse, Maintenance & Utilization, and Materiel Management modules for USSOCOM. Transition legacy inventory systems to DPAS, manage master data and catalogs, execute data loads and reconciliations, and support physical inventory and ongoing system sustainment.

Provide insider-threat analysis and support at Fort Belvoir. Identify and report insider-threat indicators by analyzing network traffic, system logs, and UAM data; interview sources; produce written assessments and briefings; apply security, counterintelligence, and information assurance principles.
