Oversee Lease Credit Managers and their teams, ensuring underwriting quality, regulatory compliance, operational performance, staffing, and service-level achievement. Analyze portfolio performance and KPIs, build scorecards and early-warning triggers, produce recurring and ad-hoc reports, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate with Commercial Lending, Credit Policy, IT, and audit teams.

Perform audits of title, post-funding, collateral, repossessions, and related account documents to ensure compliance with company policy and regulations. Identify errors, communicate discrepancies across teams, maintain accurate records, contribute to quality reporting, and recommend process improvements.
