Drive call center reporting and insights by building dashboards, recurring and ad-hoc reports, and executive presentations. Analyze QA, CSAT, NPS and other KPIs, translate data into actionable recommendations, partner with stakeholders and BI teams to maintain data integrity, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Build scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, and scorecards; monitor performance and run strategic tests; translate data into insights for stakeholders; mentor junior analysts; ensure data governance and quality; partner cross-functionally to align metrics and drive decision-making.

Partner with Compensation leadership and HR stakeholders to design, implement, and administer compensation programs. Analyze pay data, run market benchmarking and internal equity reviews, manage merit/bonus/equity cycles, support Workday system configuration and testing, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver reports and insights to support strategic workforce decisions.

Lead development and execution of data-driven, omni-channel lifecycle marketing strategies. Own journey mapping, advanced segmentation, personalization, A/B and multivariate testing, and campaign optimization across digital and traditional channels. Partner cross-functionally and with external agencies/OEMs, analyze performance data, and present insights to senior leadership. Use Agile delivery and tools like Jira/Monday.

Manage dealer relationships across an assigned territory to drive purchases of returned lease vehicles, provide training on end-of-lease processes, analyze territory data, collaborate with internal teams, prepare call plans, and support dealer profitability and inventory sourcing. Frequent travel and strong communication and relationship-building skills required.
