Position Summary:

As a Remarketing Analyst you will be responsible for operational support, analysis and reporting to the Remarketing organization for SFS and Stellantis-owned. This function is expected to utilize analytical techniques, research, and collaboration to provide superior metrics for the SFS organization. As a part of a maturing organization, curiosity and operational insights into how businesses function and how the data and operations interact plays a huge role in the growth of this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide data insights into business issues by conducting in-depth data analyses
  • Design and execute various analytical and data projects
  • Utilize data mining and advanced spreadsheet/technical skills to participate in complex analysis and reporting related to factors that affect portfolio performance
  • Employ best practices of data analysis and validation to ensure data results are accurate
  • Self-initiated research and thoughtful insights to data accumulation and maintenance required
  • Promote innovative ways to visualize and digest complex data
  • Proactively monitor and report relevant changes in portfolio performance to management
  • Effectively summarize and communicate portfolio performance trends, expectations, forecast methodology and results to management
  • Oversee the system implementation of key policies/solutions/strategies
  • Collaborate with team members and department leaders in Risk, IT and other departments on execution of Remarketing initiatives and assess performance
  • Conform with all company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in data analytics or other analytical functions.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or other quantitative fields.

Skills Required:

  • Advanced with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with coding for data mining and transformation
  • Demonstrated quantitative skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal presentation skills
  • Capable of managing multiple projects, including ability to coordinate and balance numerous tasks in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, meeting deadlines
  • Ability to identify and understand business issues and map them into quantitative questions
  • Overtime required – required on an as needed basis.
  • Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis.
  • Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX.

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in quantitative field preferred.
  • Understanding of automotive or Remarketing metrics.
  • Experience in Remarketing Analytics or auto-finance preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and policy and procedure manuals. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees.
  • Ability to apply previous knowledge to solve complex problems and carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate knowledge of MS Suite, and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with a strong ability to coach and develop.
  • Must live within a commutable distance of one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX.

Work Schedule

This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
